Bequest language

For an unrestricted gift that allows Citizens & Scholars to determine how to use the funds wherever the need is greatest, use the following language for your will and/or trust:
“I hereby give, devise, and bequeath ___ % of the rest, residue, and remainder of my estate to the Institute for Citizens & Scholars, a tax-exempt 501(c)(3) charitable organization with its principal office presently located at 104 Carnegie Center, Suite 301, Princeton, NJ, 08540, with Federal Tax Identification No. 21-0703075, for its unrestricted charitable use and purpose.”
